The staff were especially helpful and really helpful and easy to talk to. It was located in a quiet area very close to train station.

We had a great stay at a comfortable accommodation in central St Gallen. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with a desk, storage space, mini fridge, and a large window. the combination of toilets and showers was convenient. the common kitchen was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. the check-in process was easy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the rose, chocolates, and bottled water on the bed. the staff put in a lot of effort to maintain cleanliness, and the location was convenient with nearby supermarkets and a short walk to the city center.

It was a perfect place for a stay overnight or a longer period of time. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all.

My check-in process at Simple Rooms - Yellow Inn was a breeze. I received a code to open a key safe outside the building, making it convenient and hassle-free. The room and shared facilities, including the bathroom and kitchen, were kept spotless. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having bottled drinking water and chocolate in my room upon arrival. The availability of plenty of towels and a spare duvet was a bonus. The heating worked well, and the coffee machine and drinks machine added a nice touch. The free use of good washing machines and dryers was greatly appreciated. The wifi and computer provided in the room were also reliable.

The only minor drawback was the height of the pillows, which were quite high compared to what I'm used to.
